Our ethos

We offer a range of products from our beautiful Black Welsh Mountain wool, all from the flock of sheep we keep at our home in Devon. Sheepskin and wool are wonder materials - biodegradable, dust-resistant, hypoallergenic and naturally temperature-regulating. Both have been used by communities all over the world for thousands of years. Black wool gets bleached by the sun, creating a beautiful variegated colour on the sheepskin and adding natural luxury to your home. 

 

Our founders have always been inspired by a holistic approach to farming. In order to pay respect to the animal and the life it has lived, nothing must be wasted. It is this approach that governs our sheepskin and wool products, and that dictates how we raise our sheep and sell our meat, skin and fleece. 

 

True to this philosophy, we use all of our products - from the sheepskin on our sofas to the keyrings on our car keys, and are deeply proud of the quality, warmth and comfort they offer.
